Eaton Hamry has successfully completed multiple dispute resolution commissions and on numerous occasions it has prevented escalation to formal dispute level. As well as providing clients with construction adjudication representation in defending and/or pursuing loss and expense money claims, we are practised in providing direct support in defending and making extension of time claims, working closely with delay analysts in the provision of expert delay reports and analyses on many construction adjudications, as well as liaising and directly briefing construction lawyers. From the outset of any enquiry, our approach is one of pragmatism as we seek to determine as early as possible the options available to enable our clients to make the best possible choice.
